In 2021, the Regional and Study Library Murska Sobota carried out a project to catalogue Jewish books that were kept in the library’s depot or received as a gift during the project. The books are a valuable legacy of the local and regional Jewish community before World War II, as most of them were published between 1836 and 1942, and some even before 1835. The books are now part of the new Jewish Collection of the Regional and Study Library Murska Sobota. The authors of the travelling documentary exhibition about this collection are Maja Kutin and Boris Hajdinjak.

A guided tour of the exhibition will be given by the co-author of the exhibition Boris Hajdinjak on Friday, 24 January 2025, at 6:00 PM in the Lendava Synagogue.
