The Synagogue Maribor, in cooperation with the Museum of the City of Split (orig. Muzej grada Splita), prepared the exhibition Maribor, Morpurgos and Split. The opening of the exhibition took place on Friday, 21 September 2018, in the Museum of the City of Split. The exhibition was presented by its co-authors Marjetka Bedrač and mag. Tea Blagaić Januška. After the opening of the exhibition, Boris Hajdinjak presented medieval Maribor with the lecture Medieval Maribor: the cradle of the Morpurgo family.

The Maribor, Morpurgos and Split exhibition will be on view in the Split museum until 9 November 2018.

The exhibition was prepared as part of the project In the Footsteps of the Jews of Maribor, which was made possible by the Municipality of Maribor. Visiting Split was part of the Maribor in Split 2018 project.
