We kindly invite you to a lecture by Boris Hajdinjak, director of the Center of Jewish Cultural Heritage, Synagogue Maribor, who will shed light on the events of May 1945 on Slovenian soil, especially in our area.

Boris Hajdinjak will present the background to the famous dispatch of the commander of the 3rd Yugoslav Army, Kosta Nađ, “Druže Tito, rat je završen (Comrade Tito, the war is over) on May 15, 4:00 PM on the Drava”.

The lecture will take place on THURSDAY, 15 MAY 2025, AT 4:00 PM IN THE VETRINJSKI DVORU.
