Exhibition opening and round table

You are cordially invited to the online presentation of the Joint Exhibition of the Republics of the Former Yugoslavia at the Auschwitz-Birkenau National Museum and the opening of the Photographs from Auschwitz exhibition.

The presentation of the project for the preparation of the Slovenian part of the exhibition will take place on Thursday, 27th of January 2022, at 11 am.

• Darja Jan: 769 portraits of Slovenian internees in Auschwitz
• Boris Hajdinjak: Serbian, Croatian and Slovenian exhibition on Auschwitz
• dr. Božidar Jezernik: Conceptual starting point for setting up a joint exhibition of the republics of the former Yugoslavia at the Auschwitz-Birkenau National Museum

After the presentation, the inter-institutional exhibition Photographs from Auschwitz: Stories of photographs of Slovenian internees sent to Auschwitz in 1942 will be opened.
